Stars' Behaviour from 16th of July 2021 to 16th of September 2021.
In this Universe nothing is permanent only change is permanent. Every star, Planet and Constellations are constant sending messages to each other but we don’t have specific tool or software or divine knowledge to decode it. However our Rishis had tried their level best to decode it but could not transmit it due to some reasons or reservations that every one knows due to continuous attacked by outsiders and internal conflicts. Most of their scriptures were destroyed, burnt or illegally transported to another countries.

4th House rules over general happiness of the family and Nation as a whole. Agriculture sector, Earthquake, Mining, Opposition Parties, floods, Real Estate, common people and all misfortunes or happiness comes under this house.

when Sun enters zodiac sign Cancer Monsoon starts due to his presence in a Watery sign.
Whenever Sun or 4th House of India’s Chart is severely afflicted especially by Mars, Saturn and retrograde Jupiter causes heavy Rainfall, Landslide and Earthquake. At present lord of 4th house Sun is in direct opposition to retrograde Saturn and Mercury is about to Enter Zodiac sign Cancer on 25-07-2021 may further added fuel to the fire.
It can also give problem in Communication system.
4th House rules over Opposition Parties and 10th house rules over central government. At present both the houses are severely afflicted which may result into internal conflict in both the Parties among their own respective members. Both will show their resentment up to September.
When lord of 8th house enters 10th house and becomes retrograde and comes in direct opposition to malefic planet, the cabinet may be reshuffled. The Cabinet reshuffled on 7th July, 2021.

Whenever Mars, retrograde Jupiter, Retrograde Saturn are under the influence of another malefic planets not only our country but the Entire world suffer in terms of market slump, floods, agriculture sector, incurable disease and war like situation occurred. Such combination would remain up to September 2021.
